Kiwiana Restored

Just a little excited about this project, where we decided to retain a close to a 100 years old structure, forgotten in the heart of Marlborough Sounds. Satisfying the needs of a modern client, but in keeping with the architectural values of a traditional Kiwi Bach. Grand Design projects fail in this hard to access land.. but an excellent team and great communication worked in our favour. More to come on this project... this is just the start! Interior now offers expensive views to the waterfront, and all this from a comfortable compact kitchen, with all the modern amenities. No there is no TV... grab a book (maybe some wine) and enjoy!
